HR & Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to lead our human resources and hiring processes. This role is key to creating a smooth employee experience, working with recruitment agencies, and organizing team events to strengthen our company culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building strong team connections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee the hiring process from job postings to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews to find candidates who fit our culture and values.
  • Build relationships with recruiters to quickly find top talent.
  • Create strategies to ensure a steady flow of great candidates.
  • Keep our applicant tracking system updated and share regular recruitment progress.

2. Human Resources Management

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Help employees with questions about HR policies and benefits.
  • Develop initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Support performance reviews and employee development plans.

3. Culture & Events

  • Organize team activities, virtual meetups, and company events to promote a positive culture.
  • Be the go-to person for employee engagement and feedback.
  • Ensure company values are clearly communicated and reflected in all interactions.

4. HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Make sure HR practices meet labor laws and regulations across different locations.
  • Prepare and review HR reports to guide decisions.
  • Work with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing and compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in HR and recruitment, ideally in remote or international settings.
  • Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to handle the hiring process and work with recruiters.
  • Interviewing: Skilled at identifying the best candidates through interviews.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with HR and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS like BambooHR).
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of labor laws and compliance across regions.
  • Event Planning: Experience organizing team-building and company events.
  • Soft Skills: Great communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry Bonus: Knowledge of the crypto or fintech industry is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working across different time zones.
