Institutional Sales Consultant (OTC Investments & Institutional Sales)
We are looking for an Institutional Sales Consultant to build strong client relationships and drive sales of our OTC digital asset investment products. You will work with Web3 projects, venture capital firms, investment funds, and private investors, helping them navigate the crypto investment space.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with institutional clients, understanding their investment goals and risk tolerance.
- Sales & Product Promotion – Present and sell tailored digital asset investment products, aligning solutions with client needs.
- Market Making & Cross-Selling – Identify opportunities to offer additional liquidity and market-making services.
- Consultative Advisory – Analyse client portfolios, recommend investment strategies, and provide expert insights on market liquidity and orderbooks.
- Deal Management – Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing client support.
- Networking & Growth – Expand your Web3 network, identifying new sales opportunities and partnership prospects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in institutional sales, investment, or business development (brokerage, asset management, crypto startup, etc.).
- Proven track record in selling investment products and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong relationship management skills, from lead generation to deal closure and long-term client retention.
- Knowledge of market liquidity and orderbook dynamics in the crypto space.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging both seasoned investors and crypto newcomers.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline tracking.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
