Market Making Sales Consultant (Crypto, Web3)

We are looking for a Market Making Sales Consultant to drive our sales strategy for crypto projects and exchanges. This role requires expertise in crypto market-making and a strong ability to convert leads into clients. Ideal candidates have experience in crypto trading, DeFi, or algorithmic trading system sales, with a track record of closing deals and delivering client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Leads – Turn existing prospects into long-term clients through consultative sales.
  • Client Engagement – Be the main contact, providing updates and tailored recommendations.
  • Solution Design – Analyse client needs and propose market-making solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management – Handle everything from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Market Awareness – Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Account Growth – Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development (crypto, DeFi, or algo trading).
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and exceed targets.
  • Strong crypto market knowledge (liquidity, order types, exchange APIs, market data).
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling Market Making as a Service or DeFi solutions.
  • Familiarity with centralised and decentralised exchange ecosystems.
