What You’ll Be Doing….

• Follow established procedures to monitor trade operations and maintain reliable system performance.
• Be the first to detect and report unusual trading activities in market-making algorithms.
• Improve monitoring processes to quickly identify system issues, risks, or performance problems.
• Keep track of trading across multiple exchanges in real time, ensuring systems run smoothly.
• Work with teams to resolve technical problems or unusual trading patterns quickly.
• Document all monitoring activities, issues, and resolutions to improve processes and ensure transparency.

The Skills & Experience You Need…

• Crypto Experience: At least 1 year working in cryptocurrency, especially on centralized exchange operations.
• Understanding of Exchanges: Familiarity with trading interfaces, APIs, and deposit/withdrawal processes.
• Operational Skills: At least 1 year in an operational role, ideally involving monitoring or trading systems.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on details in fast-paced environments.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly report and escalate issues when needed.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with trading algorithms or market-making strategies.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., Python) to improve efficiency.
• Experience monitoring decentralized exchanges or other trading platforms.

Compensation: Salary + Commission + Bonus
