Our client is growing their trading function and are now ready to hire someone to lead their market making operations for a diverse client portfolio. 
  
They’re looking for a Senior Trader or TradeOps Specialist. This role requires someone who has deep crypto market expertise with strong client-facing and technical skills as you’ll be responsible for ensuring optimal liquidity provision, maintaining transparency with clients, analyzing market conditions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance trading systems.
 
Responsibilities

• Oversee market-making operations across various exchanges, providing liquidity and managing spreads.
• Act as the main client contact, delivering real-time insights on performance and strategy adjustments.
• Evaluate market conditions and trading algorithms, optimizing strategies to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with development teams to refine trading systems and manage risk.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure transparent communication with clients.

Requirements 

• Requirements: 2+ years in a similar role
• strong technical acumen
• excellent communication skills.

Bonus if you have

• Experience with algorithmic trading, Python, and both centralized and decentralized exchanges.
